King Boo Pinata

This pinata my mom made for my son's 8th birthday party. My son and his friends loved it. She did a great job! Thanks mom!!!

Name frame

My husband's  best friend just got married. I wanted to make something Personalized and unique for the bridal shower gift. I bought a really nice frame and used my cricut for the letters. It was really easy to cut everything but the hard part was centering the letters and getting them straight. I think I am going to make one for our house. They loved the gift.

Personalized Pillowcase

I know this is a bad pic but my camera broke so my husband took this pic with his blackberry.
My friend was sick in the hospital and I really had no idea what to take her. I thought a pillowcase with a nice fluffy pillow would be perfect. I made the pillow using the tube method. Which turned out to be so fast and easy. I made the letters with my cricut and ironed them on the pillowcase.  My  friend loved it and I will be making more for xmas gifts!!

Baby shower Invites

I was asked by a friend to make 30 baby shower
invites. It was a very long process but I was happy with the final product. I also emblished the envelopes but I forgot to take a picture of them.

Easter Treat Holders

I made these for Easter for my son's class. Use a quarter sheet of cardstock 4-1/4" x 5-1/2". I score at 1-1/2" and 3". Punch a notch in the center"column" with a 3/4 circle punch. Then, use sticky strip to adhere  it on the side and bottom. Then crimp the bottom using a crimper.

For the chick I used a stampin up scallop punch for the body and also for the wings I just cut it in half. The feet are  star's using the stampin up punch. Different sizes of circle's for the eyes and a small flower punch for the hair.
I put some chocolate and a pencil with an eraser in each holder. You can also put pixie sticks.

Teacher Flower Arrangement

My oldest son had an amazing kindergarten teacher. So I decided to make her something really special for the end of school gift. I got a picture of each of the kids in the class and sized it. Each flower was cut with the cricut using Walk in my Garden cartridge.
I cut different sized flowers using cardstock paper and patterned paper. I used skewers and put floral tape around each. I also cut leaves using the cricut and glued them onto the skewers. I cut each picture out with my circle punch and glued them to each flower.
For the flower container I bought it at Micheal's and decorated it with a rub on. I bought  a lot of different ribbon and put them on the handles. For the tag I used Walk in my Garden cartridge. I wrapped all with transparent paper with ribbon at the top. She loved it!!

This year my youngest has her for SK. I will be making another one at the end of the year.
